6:05 PM: According to a press release the deal is now official that sends Cliff Lee and Ben Francisco to the Phils for Jason Knapp, Carlos Carrasco, Jason Donald and Lou Marson.
1:00 PM: Rosenthal adds that their will be no cash involved. Remember its not yet official.
12:42 PM: Ken Rosenthal is breaking the news of the Phillies acquiring Cliff Lee and Ben Francisco in exchange for Jason Knapp, Carlos Carrasco, Jason Donald, and Lou Marson. Medical procedures will be done to complete the deal.
12:38 PM: According to Todd Zolecki; right-handed outfielder Ben Francisco would also go to Philly in a deal.
12:28 PM: Joel Sherman is now reporting that the two sides are "very close" to completing a deal.
12:03 PM: Gordon Edes is reporting that the Phillies appear to be "on the verge" of acquiring Cliff Lee from the Indians for Carrasco, Knapp, and at least two of either Donald, Marson, and Michael Taylor.
11:36 AM: Rob Maadi is reporting hat the Phils offered the Indians a package of players for Cliff Lee, but that did not include Kyle Drabek in the proposal.
11:09 AM: According to Ken Rosenthal; the Phillies are discussing a trade for Cliff Lee (and possibly another player) for Knapp, Carrasco, Jason Donald and Lou Marson. Did not offer Drabek.
10:53 AM:According to Buster Olney; the Phillies may try to acquire George Sherrill If they can't trade for Halladay or Lee.
