Around the MLB on Wednesday...

The Brewers placed Trevor Hoffman, Mike Cameron, Craig Counsell, Jason Kendall, Braden Looper and Felipe Lopez on waivers but they don't expect to become sellers.

The Angles had interest in Bill Wagner before he was traded and are still looking for relief pitching.

The Diamondbacks placed RP Chad Qualls on waivers but are unlikely to trade him.

More to come hopefully.
